This workbook is designed to accompany The Body is Not an Apology and guides the reader through 166 pages of mental and physical assignments to guide women from self-loathing to Sonya Renee Taylor’s “radical self-love.”
Although it generally follows the book, it can be used without it, as the workbook includes a lot of material featured in the book, such as the Four Pillars, which comprise the framework of the book. Each exercise includes lined spaces so that readers can write directly in the book and effortlessly keep up with their progress. Also included are drawing exercises, encouragements, illustrations, writing exercises (both factual and as readers wish to see themselves), and basically no way to avoid facing the endless possibilities of radical self-love.
